Disliked: Cleanliness
Mfamily and I recently stayed at this spacious 3-bedroom apartment and were disappointed with our experience. While the space itself was large, several issues made our stay uncomfortable.
The apartment's cleanliness was a significant problem. We found a dirty cup in the kitchen cabinet, and there were no basic amenities like tissue or kitchen towels. There wasn't even a trash bin in the toilet, which was very inconvenient.
The listing's description of two bathrooms was misleading. The apartment actually has one full bathroom with a shower and a half-bath with just a toilet and a washing machine. This was a major inconvenience for our group, especially given the next issue.
The most frustrating part of our stay was the water heater. We had no hot water at all on our first night. After following the host's instructions, we managed to get a small amount of hot water on the second night, but it wasn't nearly enough for one person to finish a shower. My kids had to take cold showers, which made them sick. This felt like a complete scam and made for a very unpleasant and unhealthy stay.
