This property was a little difficult to find, as the door is tucked away between restaurants on a small side street of Piazza Navona and signage was very small. But once inside - WOW! This is quite a gem. Our room was spectacular. High ceilings, spacious, with great amenities. The staff graciously organized an early morning taxi for our departure and provided us a cot for a family member. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Rome!

This hotel was perfect in every way. GREAT location right on Piazza Navona, friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms, breakfast delivered in-room each morning. I wish we could have stayed here through our journey throughout Italy. Our best hotel on our stops!

Love it. Modern and historical

Amazing hotel really memorable. 1700 year old bldg modernize and creative. Main entrance green door walk behind that and your really interesting facility. Can’t say enough about AC unit wow cold and it was great considering heat wave in Rome. Piazza Navi a at your steps so many options

Perfect from start to finish

What an amazing stay, perfect location but super quiet at night thanks to the windows. The hosts were so friendly, provided a service over and above like anything we’ve ever experienced. Brilliant breakfast, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, comfy beds, powerful showers and super clean. I will stay here next time I visit Rome and already recommend to my friends and family to stay here when they visit this amazing place. Thank you to the staff for making this trip so special.

The location is unbeatable- relatively short walking distance to the main tourist attractions: Forum, Spanish Steps, Fountain of the 4 Rivers/ Piazza Navona, etc. There's an elevator for mobility impaired, although there are some steps needed to ascend from street level to the front door of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was generous and good, delivered to the room. Although we don't drink, we got a bottle of Chianti during one night, and a bottle of Prosecco on another night- nice! The room itself was spacious, stylish, and good for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys 15 and 17y). The shower water pressure & sofa bed quality was the only reason I rated the facility 4 instead of 5 stars for our room on the 3rd floor. The roller beds for the boys also wasn't as sturdy, but they slept in them fine. The master beds were great. This larger room is good for families with kids/teens as long as you're okay sharing 1 bathroom. I would stay here again.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from Piazza Navona—but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re a first time visitor to Rome. The location is perfect for walking to all of the major sites. Service was excellent. Breakfast each morning was delivered to our room on time and was delicious. There was a coffee & tea maker in the room and they replenished water and 2 sodas each day in the refrigerator. Room was clean each time we got back. Bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and towels (fyi-no wash clothes, so bring one). This is more of a bed & breakfast than a true hotel, and staff is not there at night, but that was never an issue. Be aware that this is an old building and you are on the second floor, with a restaurant below you. There was a little noise at night, but we just turned our phone white noise app and slept perfectly. It’s absolutely worth it for the view and location. You can’t beat enjoying a glass of wine in your room, overlooking the Piazza Navona after a long day!
