Great location. Lovely staff. Problem with the toilet when we first got there but they fixed it immediately. Nice and clean. Generally quiet but could still hear other guests - could be a problem for a light sleeper.

There are very few rooms but it is a great area with a lot of shops and sidewalk Cafes. It is a little quirky getting in but the staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us book a shuttle to the hotel from the airport and to a cruise ship. We didn't have a car and it would have been hard to park there. It was about a 2 mi walk to the Vatican and the Spanish steps were closer. There is plenty to do within walking distance and a lot of quaint and high endshops.

This small hotel is on a lovely street in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of local shops and restaurants & a 3-min. walk to a good taxi stand. Best for us was the outstanding desk staff, Gisele & Robetta, whose kind help & advice made every day better!

Good location and clean But WiFi was not working and promised that it will get sorted, that didn’t happen (so no WiFi as promised when booked the hotel) that caused problems and inconvenience to my group and communication with elderly people was difficult Then Staff at reception available only couple hours or never The outside door faulty and the situation is not safe at all anyone can enter Hence the rating, if can work on those issues it becomes very good

Very nice place, excellent location. Close to restaurants high end shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Gisele was very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were that the wifi never made it to our room despite the staff multiple attempts to fix it. Also the toilet seat was very loose and came off. The soap holder was missing in the shower. Soap and shampoo bottles were on the floor. Would still go to that place. Can’t beat the price.
