    Upon arrival the reception was unattended, and we had a 10-15 minute wait. The spa in our room was not cleaned, there was pubic hair in it and blue scum around the edges. A bathmat was also being used in the bottom of the spa, which is very unhygienic and made it difficult to put a plug in for the spa (which we did not even get to use as I was disgusted). We booked a room also for my partners mother, who was wrongly given a card instead of a key and couldn't get back into her room after going to the shops. Reception was supposed to be upon until 6pm, however at 5:30 there was no one there and it was closed. She called for management, who made her wait until they came back. The lady immediately spoke very rudely, accusing us of being hostile, which was untrue. She offered no apology, and then said to my partners mother (who mind you does not get easily upset and is very kind) that she could leave if she wanted, again with no provocation. Her attitude was horrendous and uncalled for. It made me fearful to complain about the spa. The facilities have a lot of potential but don't appear to be maintained very well. Honestly, I'd recommend avoiding this place, as we were not the only ones with complaint upon leaving!

    LIKED: Excellent staff, who accomodated me when I made a mistaking in booking. Very Friendly. Liked that there was secure car park. Liked that there was extra towels in room so that we didnt have to ask staff. LOved that the room was very clean. The Motel its self had beautiful decor including Mirror and flowers. Location is the best. Main street Like that there was a lift
