We were robbed at the crossroad of the hotel at 1 PM and the mobile phone was stolen while talking on the phone, The police came after 2 hours despite several calls. The hotel’s area is UNsafe not only at night, but also during the day. The hotel’s swimming pool is just for decoration, it is 1 m in depth and 2 m in width. The visuals published don't reflect the reality. The personnel were very polite and helpful, especially manager Natalia and Gabriel.

The location is absolutely lovely – just a short Uber ride to Copacabana, Ipanema, and the Santa Teresa area. The hotel also offers free bikes, which are perfect for a ride to Flamengo Beach. The rooms are small but cute, with big windows and kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The highlight is the rooftop – the views are simply amazing.

Yoo2 Rio felt like our home for 12 days in Rio and simply enjoyed everything! I can say that our hotel room offers one of the best views in Rio! And what do I have to say about its hospitality service? The manager, Nathalia, greeted us warmly and her team promptly helped us with any request that we needed! Larissa was a great help at the property! Her customer service skills and kindness are unmatched. The entire staff was extremely helpful. The cleaning team did a phenomenal job. As I said before, this is really one of those jewels of boutique five star hotels! I usually stay at the Copacabana Palace or Fairmont but from now on, I’ll keep staying at this one. Definitely worth it. And the view!

La verdad mi estadía fue muy inferior a mis expectativas, me dieron una habitación muy pequeña en la que quieren aprovechar los espacios pero la tornan incómoda, la TV y lámparas están muy mal ubicadas, en una de mis noches vi una cucaracha que se me salvó de aplastarla lamentablemente, pedí limpieza de habitación 2 veces y no la obtuve, mucho del personal sumamente amable otros no por último la vista desde el rooftop insuperable
