This property is in dire need of maintenance. The facilities in the rooms are rusty and the carpets dirty. I sincerely worried that the glass door of the shower would fall off. My shower and sink barely drained, and the bed was made so poorly because the sheets are inches too small. The breakfast in the morning, however was fabulous.

The hotel was decent but requires immediate maintenance and upgrades. The furniture in the room was rusty, and there were stains on the carpet. However, the staff was excellent, with Lilian standing out for her exceptional room service. She ensured we always had fresh towels and that our room was thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay.

A bit outdated; some things could use a bit more cleaning and renovation, but the hotel is located in a great spot and the customer service was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the mildew smell of some parts, but it wasn’t unbearable.

It had lots of ants in our room, the phone wasn’t working properly but the fixed both problems immediately!! Overall the hotel was nice and walkable to the beach & dining there’s a tourist guy who sits outside the property all day which was comfy!! It definitely can use a few minor updates to the hotel & the breakfast wasn’t the best also the rooms are really small..

No Rio e muito difícil achar um hotel 5 estrelas como achamos fora do Brasil, mas o LSH sem duvidas e um hotel 5 estrelas para o padrão Rio, as vezes o valor e muito alto em relação aos hotéis que eu ficaria ao redor como o Windsor, mas minha estadia no LSH e sempre muito boa, tem alguns funcionários novos que precisam um pouco mais de treinamento e serem um pouco mais welcoming com os hospedes (olha que nao sou de muitas palavras) mas em geral os funcionários sao muitos gentis e estão sempre prontos para ajudar, cafe da manha muito bom o Anderson da portaria e o Leonardo gerente sao muito legais, educados e receptivos, sem duvidas esse hotel e minha primeira opção toda vez que vou ao Rio….
