Horsethief Trail, Bear Creek Falls and Bear Creek Trail are just some of the sweet attractions in Ouray. This regional centre is 45 kilometres northeast of Rico and has a population of 1,000. Got some time to play with? Check out what's going on at the Box Canyon City Park and the Ouray Alchemist Museum. You've got a great selection of places to stay in Ouray, with the Beaumont Hotel & Spa and China Clipper Inn topping the list.

The rooms were small for the price point. I wish we had a fireplace. They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. The TV's were part of the mirror and kind of low and small. The hotel so nicely appointed and loved the restaurants and staff. The location was fabulous. I experience it once but will get a bigger place with a fireplace next time in Tellruide. Coffee shop was ok. Food was good in all 3 outlets. The 275.00 for a rollaway be was excessive.
