Check in staff great, overnight staff rude highly unfriendly my key wouldn’t work and I went downstairs 2 times and I asked if she did 227 which she in a snotty voice responded you said 226 which I didn’t I even provided my name the first and 2nd time. Disappointed stay with renovations as well. Could have been better.

When we stayed the staff was as very inattentive. Seemed like we were bothering them when communicating. The hotel had caution tape up and the carpets were pulled up it literally looked like a crime scene.

The hotel has dirty carpet and section with no carpet, and there were carpets piled up in the lobby. There was a tissue blocking the peekhole in my door. Paying full price to be in that environment was not an enjoyable experience specially while traveling with children.

Hotel is in the process of a refresh with new carpet and updated rooms. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should have. Lots of places to eat within five miles or so.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the rate was very reasonable for a suite with a separate bedroom, and the location was convenient on Interstate 95 South of Richmond. There seemed to be recent renovations within the hotel, which was a nice surprise. We would gladly repeat our stay.
