Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

They offer receive pets on app, but they refused receive meu little Dog We did not stay there In the middle of the night we had to search other place We opened a register on Police distrit of that city

Péssimo atendimento de funcionario

Pessimo ate dimento do gerente Ualan, sendo bem debochado ao sínico quando foi feito reclamação referente ao ar condicionado do quarto estar muito fraco, se RP é uma cidade quente o hotel que instale unidades de ar condicionado proporcionais para oferecer conforto.
