Very accommodating hotel and service

Good stay. Room was big and good. Smooth check in. Had to cancel my 2nd night of reservation due to heavy snow forecast. Hotel agreed immediately which showed their deep care of customer amd not greed. I wod suggest this hotel to anyone at Reno.

Worth staying

We stay at this hotel 4-8 times a year. Usually just overnight. We do have a dog and stay at the pet friendly part of the hotel. This time it kind of smelled of urine. Usually it didn't but this time it was. Also the shower area could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. But besides that it was a great stay, as usual.
