Another excellent stay for the super friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to Abulhamid from la playa bar who is an hotel asset that makes me wanna visit it everytine, he always greets with smile, very professional and doing a great original cocktails that makes you wanna sit at his bar all the day. Also special thanks to Ahmed from La playa bar, Ahmed Magdy and Abanob from pool bar, Masry and Maged from lobby bar. Also room service are very professional and clean everything properly. The main asset of this hotel is its staff who always tempts you to revisit. Little thing to improve in the hotel is a nightclub who will add a charming night life to the hotel.

Excellent place to spend your vacation.

Hotel is beautiful and it's having extensive work and once complete it will be amazing. Pro’s All staff was extremely polite and helpful. All inclusive breakfast was my favourite as had fresh eggs/omelette, waffles & pancakes. Plenty to choose from. Stayed by the heated pool as no work being done in this area, plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Pool person does your towels, but umbrella up. Bar man always brings your drinks to where you sitting, exceptional service. Plenty sunbeds around the beach area. Beach very clean. Rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable. Con’s All- inclusive during the evening wasn't to my taste and I struggled to find anything plain other than fries. Need to book a minimum of 4 nights to be eligible to use the speciality restaurant. (not advertised) Shower head wasn't able to tilt so proved difficult to shower properly. All inclusive information wasn't given at check-in and needed to go onto the app to read up on. In the room tea/coffee provided but no milk or packet creamer, however the restaurant quite happy to give you a glass of milk. There's a fridge in the room. The pro’s out way the con’s as con’s are very minor and I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was very amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and maintain daily was a wonderful view on the Lagoon so peaceful.

We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing. The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. Special mentions to: • Yasser, the food director • Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant • Atef, who looked after our room every day • David and the whole reception and reception bar team Their service and friendliness really made a difference. The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
