Concord is one of the most important cities in United States of America, and it's easily reachable from Raymond. You'll find it only 35 kilometres to the northwest.

Take a trip out to Lee, 16 kilometres away. Once you're there, head straight for the University of New Hampshire.

Sitting 70 kilometres to the south, Revere Beach is a fabulous place to spend an afternoon strolling along the shore. Mother's Beach also offers some pleasant views. You'll find this piece of coastline 65 kilometres to the south.

The relaxing sounds of nature await you at Bear Brook State Park. It sits just 19 kilometres away, so you don't have to be stuck in a car all day. Odiorne Point State Park, 35 kilometres away, is another popular choice.

Make sure you pack some red and blue clothes so you can support the local baseball team, the Lowell Spinners, at Edward A. LeLacheur Park. Located 45 kilometres away in Lowell, the venue is also home to the Umass Lowell River Hawks.

Amesbury, 25 kilometres to the southeast, may be worth a day trip. You can use it as a port of call when swinging by the Evergreen Valley Golf Course, the Amesbury Sports Park and Maudslay State Park. If you're still not persuaded, other close by attractions include Mary Baker Eddy Historic House and Port City Tours.

If you're flying back, it's probably a wise idea to plan your route to the terminal in advance. From the centre of Raymond, it's about 25 kilometres southwest to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT), the closest airport.
