We upgraded to a king suite which I paid for and it confirmed, I stated check in would be at 3pm. We show up and are told a king suite is not available. Our room smells like mildew, the door doesn’t lock, it’s just overall dingy. Not all worth what we paid. It’s a complete ripoff.

Please update the furniture in the rooms, so outdated. Please clean the bathroom thoroughly the tiles has mold and carpet is old and the rooms has a old foul smell

Below average

Only redeeming quality is proximity to Lenovo Center. Rates are jacked up 300% when popular shows are there. Room quality was poor, breakfast was crap, one of the doors was broken, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. But it was a 20 minute walk to get to Lenovo. Parking isn't controlled, so people from other hotels, locals, and others just parked there and walked anyways just like us.

Nice and convenient location. Side door was broken and there was a broken glass bottle at the entrace. Bathroom clean enough, fresh towels everyday we stayed. Microwave in the bedroom worked but it made a strage noise when we used it. Friendly staff. Poor breakfast options.

Went to a Canes playoff game. Great location to the arena. Hotel reminded me of The Shining. In a good way. The hallways are very long. Still a good stay and decent price.

The property worked for what we needed. It’s a place to sleep the rooms were fine. For the price you can’t really do better the value was great and I wouldn’t mind staying there again for a cheap stay

Quit and close to concert

It was good! It’s starting to get tired. We stay for the night after a concert at the PNC, which is across the street. Allows pets. Hot breakfast okay
