They overcharged my card by $100 and kept trying to say they didn't. The original invoice said $302 and some odd cents when it should have just been a little over $200. The receptionist kept saying that even though it showed that amount, they only charged me the proper one. However, when I called for my card balance, they took the $300. Still waiting to see if it will get refunded. The only thing I think they fixed was what was supposed to have been charged.

The hotel portion of our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The disappointment was with the shuttle service. We couldn't get a ride to the airport via the shuttle because the driver was late. We couldn't ride the shuttle from the airport after our trip because the driver had already left. The front desk staff did order us an Uber when the shuttle wasn't an option, which was helpful. However, they need to improve in the shuttle service area of the stay.

My stay was horrible, the place was dirty. The elavators were filty and had gum all over. I was afraid to put anything down in my room and sleep in the bed because how dirty the hotel was. The free breakfast in the morning was a joke. The juice machine said it didnt work. The hot plate areas said those didnt work either. The only thing they had out were some some bagles and they looked to skyechy and old to even try.

I brought my own tv for my stay due to most hotels having limited channels. When I was leaving, I was stared at and accused of stealing the hotels TV. Instead of being a man and asking to help load my tv, I was asked for my room # because he wanted to hurry up to my room to see if I really did steal the tv. Do better and mind your business if I am a paying customer. Hotel rooms are dingy and dirty and needs lots of work. I even got lost trying to find my room because one elevator only went up to floor 3 and the other to floor 4 like why can’t either elevator do the same thing?

Its ok for a good night sleep and shower before a flight out of RDU. It could use some improvement in the elevator , door frames and the cabinet that holds the microwave and mini refrig as these look worn and old. Pool also was green maybe because its closed this time of year. Mattress and bedding was comfy, shower was hot and had plenty of towels and over all the room was fine for what I needed and staff was very friendly.
