Perched perfectly above the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, World Class Views is a purpose-built holiday home with designer details and an incredible, scenic outlook. To further maximise options for groups, this house boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, heat pumps and a large wood burner all complete with a well-appointed kitchen.



The Space:

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

Enter through the main entrance to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Open the doors to the wrap around balcony with views from the stunning Remarkables to Ben Lomond Mountain. Behind all the fun on the top floor is a guest toilet, as well as the first two bedrooms both complete with ensuite bathrooms and the master including a designer bath.



As you head downstairs, you have the laundry area hidden in the cupboard then halfway down is the back door which leads out to the garden. Downstairs starts with two Queen bedrooms to your left, both with ensuite bathrooms.



In the summer months, open the balcony doors, take in the views and enjoy a BBQ with plenty of places to sit, eat and relax!

Well appointed, warm, great views, and short walk to town. Very comfy beds, fantastic having ensuites with every bedroom. Spacious and pleasant living with a view to die for.

The house is in a good location, and it has excellent viewing. The house has two entrances and two lockboxes. And there are two keys to different entries with different codes. We didn't find the key when we arrived. There are 7 rooms in total. We booked online that there are 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. It is a long story… I think it's better to stay in a hotel than rent this place. I feel tired of renting this house, and I am more comfortable staying in the hotel because everything has been arranged. Otherwise if you like to live independently, this house is a great choice.

Beautiful property!

When first arriving, we walked in to the most pleasant surprise - lovely mood music and the heating on! What a welcome, the rest of our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Plenty of space, beautiful entertaining kitchen and lovely log fireplace with loads of wood to keep us warm our whole stay. Beautiful rooms and very clean bathrooms (we all loved having our very own ensuites!) will definitely be back to stay here again, and will definitely recommend to our friends!

Great house, great views, great stay!

This property is beautiful, and suited our large group perfectly! The open plan living spaces and balcony made it easy for everyone to be together and yet we all had our open space. Its close to all on offer in Queenstown.. We would definitely stay again !
