Good visit during a snowstorm. As arrived later wasn't able to go to grocery so used convenience at hotel and only suggestion would be to add some vegetarian microwave options. All else was excellent.

booked a hotel for two nights and received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed them the confirmation and gave them my information. The front desk told me they were fully booked, they had no room for me, and said the confirmation number was invalid. They told me to contact Expedia and said they couldn’t help. I spent two hours on the phone with an Expedia agent, the first time they hung up the phone on me. I was Indian gay then I called again but it was a complete waste of time. Nothing was resolved. This was a terrible experience, and I will never book a hotel through Expedia again.
