My only negative was that the place could really use a deep clean. Carpets in the hallways felt musty. Also a guest accidentally spilt a drink on the floor in the lobby and staff just left it there until the next day… Overall the room had nice wooden floors and the area was great. I particularly enjoyed the “Nordic Spa” that they recreated inside the building with 2 wooden saunas, pool, and hot tub…that was super cool and relaxing! The play area for children was well maintained. I also appreciated that it was attached to some great restaurant chains, free parking lot, as well as a short walk to the major mall.

The service offer is great for the price. We were able to get our E-Mountain Bike in our room to charge for the night. The beds are to stiff but the place is quiet. The pool area was much appreciated after a long mountain bike ride!

The sauna/ pool area was really impressive. The rooms were clean. The doors didn't swing open smoothly. It felt like the hotel was a repurposed building. They have done a good job of making things decent but it still has a bit of an old building feel

The staff are great.. our friend had an incident in the stairs .. she had very bad sprain... they did everything to assist her ... until the ambulance came, great service

Bien déçu de mon expérience. La chambre : taie oreillier tâché, robinet non fixer, la porte de la salle de bain difficile a ouvrir/fermer, elle frotte le plancher. Tapis des corridors sale, spa ne fonctionne pas et a l'accueil on nous dis qu'il sera réparer dans la haute saison. Piscine parfaite pour des enfants, trop petite pour des adultes.

Me alojé en el Hotel Universel por una noche. El hotel está un poco avejentado y necesitaría inversiones mayores para ponerno a nivel, pero no es caro y está lo suficientemente limpio. Además, el personal fue gentil y profesional. Si usted no es exigente o delicado, me parece que esta es una excelente opción.
