COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

THE HOTEL WAS FINE. OUR ROOM HAD AN ODD SMELL EMANATING FROM THE BATHROOM. KIND OF A MOLDY SMELL. THE SHOWER MIXER WAS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE...THE HANDLE WAS VERY STIFF. AND THE SHOWER GEL DISPENSER WAS EMPTY, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING. THE LOCATION WAS OKAY. A BIT OF A WALK TO THE SITES, WHICH WE DIDN'T MIND, BUT LOTS OF HOMELESS/DRUGGIES IN THE AREA.

The restaurant was amazing for breakfast!! We thought the dinner options didn’t provide enough variety but that is just us. Beds were comfortable and pillows hugged you and made you comfortable. Views were great from upper floors of city and church. There was a few homeless people around the hotel but they did not bother the patrons of the hotel and I did not feel uncomfortable walking around outside. Concierges were amazing with details and helpful guidance. A special shout out to Samuel for all of his tips during our stay. Every one was ‘spot on!’ Thank you for the great stay in ‘La Belle Provence’.

Parking was vital and amazing. The greeting staff was excellent. Very helpful, very friendly, very informative. The welcome email sent by the Hotel was great and informative. The aesthetics of the hotel was great, love the art, love the vibe, very clean, lots to take in, so keep your eyes open. If you don’t know something just ask questions. The elevators are clean and working, there seem to almost be a staff active and willing the help especially the doorman, I have never seen such an active and positive personnel. I had a very good experience. I could see myself going back, I would give them my business definitely.
