Property was good. Location was ok, but if you want to stay closer to old city you will need to expend a little more money on the closest hotels. We did not rent a car and had to move around in Uber and public transport (bus) that leaves you right in front of the River Tour. Beds of the room were ok not excellent but ok for sleeping a few hours. Had a shopping mall a few minutes walking distance but not to much option for eating. Breakfast has to improve a lot as other hotels that include it. Only bread, bagels, fruit, coffee, corn flakes and a few other things but not eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Needs to get better in this area. Overall we expend whole day outside doing tours and looking around so we only used it for bath and sleeping a few hours. Never used the pool that is like in a parking lot and becareful when ordering an Uber because the hotel is behind an abandoned structure that was a coffee shop. The drivers always passed and did not see the hotel, you have to specify in a message where you are exactly.

Définitivement le plus décevant des Hôtels JARO.

Conteneur à vidanges stationné à l'entrée de l'hôtel comme première impression,ça fesse... Réception très lente malgré des réservations depuis plusieurs semaines avec 4 rappels minimum de l'hôtel par courriel pour confirmation. Frais supplémentaires ajoutés pour utilisation des services de la piscine. Pour terminer, climatisation très bruyante dans la chambre nuisant au sommeil.

Not enough signs to enter the property parking. I had to drive around the property twice. Lack of signboards, especially if you arrive at night. The hotel does not have a name on the building visible for direction. Bathroom had a bad smell. Pillows are limited to just one compared to other hotels they provide 3 per person. Overall good stay.

Breakfast was not good. Very basic. The room was quite OK , however after showering we noticed that water was coming out of the floor in the bedroom. People should know that there are rooms in the half basement as well . Not all rooms are opened to the atrium. Nice points: available indoor and outdoor parking, close to restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location. The continental breakfast is very average, with can fruits. The rooms were clean, they had to change us because the first room had a noisy a/c and no water pressure in the shower.

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The rooms AC unit was loud all night as well as the pipes in the wall rattling and the fridge buzzing. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible - coffee tasted like it was 3 days old and the floor was sticky with spilled juice/food. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible experience…arrogant night clerk

Check in time was 5pm but we called ahead and told the hotel we would be checking in late. Got here and checked in around 10pm. Got to the room and went straight to bed. Half hour later the room got warm so I changed the thermostat by one degree to turn the AC on and it was loud. So loud that we could not sleep with it in. I tried to be patient cuz I was super tired and my husband had been driving all day so I turned it off. I kept having to turn it on and off to cool the room down but then our sleep was interrupted and uncomfortable. At 2:57am I called the reception and the clerk arrogantly asked me if the issue started from the time we got there because it was too late to get someone to fix the problem. What upset me the most was the arrogance of this person. The previous guests checked out at 11am maybe, our check in time was supposed to be 5pm, so did the crew not inspect the room and have it ready for the next guest??? Was there not enough time to make sure the room was absolutely ready for the guests??? The hotel guarantees comfort and relaxation and also keeps sending emails to sell more services….is this what we are to endure when we stay with you?? I am appalled at the clerk’s audacity to make that remark when he and the management failed to provide us with a room and experience they guarantee. It’s 3:42am right now and I can no longer sleep. My plans for the day will be shot. And no I have to look forward to a very unpleasant conversation with the supervisor.
