I liked the view of the pool. I admired the different lamps and lights that were unique and artistic in the lobby and corridor. Bar was closed and restaurant was only open for breakfast which would have been nice to know when we booked. Breakfast was good. And there are restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our room over the pool.

The lobby, restaurant, and work areas were very clean, welcoming. Very helpful staff. However, in the room,the bathroom fan didn’t work, the floors were dirty. The outside spotlight shining onto the building also shone right into our room.

The hotel is good and staff are amazing. Clean, easy to park. The only downside was that in the page said 18 min drive to Chateau Frontenac but it wasn’t. However, it was 15 min drive to the ferry to Old Quebec which was convenient.

Hotel was spotless , which is a must. Pool, hot tub were also kept in great condition. Sauna was a bonus, not as hot as id like but still great. Breakfast was okay, lots of seating which doesnt always happen and never felt rushed which some places push you to get in and out. Great place to stay when either passing through or staying for a while. We dont speak french and had zero issues here, staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We will be back the next time we are visiting Old Quebec ( If you havent been, its a must!)

Get the atrium view

Rooms facing the atrium well worth the extra money. It's convenient to the expressway and ferry over to Quebec. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Everything was perfect except one thing. No decaf coffee or sweetener in the room . No decaf available at front desk. It was available in the morning at breakfast.
