Great location and comfy beds

Nice place to stay and close to highway, Costco gas, Chutes de la Chaudière where we had a great time (lots of steps to climb LOL) and Lévis Ferry Terminal

The front desk ( night shift) wasn’t as accommodating as I would like. The 3 rd party accidentally booked a hearing impaired room and they refused to discuss the option to move… also the reviews on getting to the ferry is 1/2 hour- not 10 minutes as it has been said. There are other hotels closer to the city or ferry… the breakfast and parking were good… the rooms were dated and needed upgrades. The bed and floors were creaking. The tub didn’t drain - stuff like that!

We were on our way home from a trip out east. We did the same last year and came upon this hotel on our way home. It made such an impression last year, it was automatic to book again this year. Would recommend for sure!!

Stayed 4 nights in August in a king room. Door going into room scraped on the floor when opening so got to be annoying. Nice size room, lighting could be brighter. Liked the shower only with glass frame. Bed was too hard and noisy and pillows had zero support. Asked for firmer pillows and they had no options to offer. Breakfast items were okay, some of cooked items very poor. Stuck to other standard items like cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles, etc. Man working to keep items replenished was fantastic. He does a great job keeping everything stocked with a room full of people. Didn’t use pool as too small, uninviting and like to use outdoor pools in summer to enjoy the weather. Close to highway to get around. Different wi-fi levels so pay for faster connection. Overall nice but would probably stay closer to Old Quebec City as that is why we were visiting but would still stay in Levis.

We haven’t received new towels the garbage wasn’t emptied… when I contacted the reception they said they can pick up new garbage bags downstairs same as the towels. The beds weren’t made daily…. I would not recommend this place.
