When I booked my stay at Four Points Sheraton Levi’s Convention Center in Quebec City, Canada, I contacted Marriott customer service to ensure there wouldn’t be an issue with my husband’s service animal. I was assured that even though the property doesn’t allow pets that service animals are accepted. However, this was not the case at check-in. We were harassed and treated poorly to the extent that the clerk had to consult with the manager as to whether we could stay at this hotel. Then we were asked to present documentation that doesn’t exist in the United States and is not required by the a Canadian governmen. My husband convinced them to accept his service animal’s department of transportation number for airlines. Then we were given a lesser room than what I paid for because of the service animal. I booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa; we were given a room with two queen sized beds. I have received multiple emails from managers at this property attempting to justify their discrimination. I have filed a complaint with the government of Quebec as well as the Canadian government.

This is a new modern etablishment with the highest standard...it was excellent in every way. The staff were absolutely wonderful polite and helpful..if you are looking for luxury in Lèvis...look no further.

Very nice

Was a beautiful hotel room. We had a suite with a balcony. Lots of room. Very quiet. Balcony was nice. Huge tub. Nice shower. Loved the lotion. Only cons: uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows and no magnifying mirror in bathroom.
