There was an issue with the flight which we had to go on a later flight that had us miss a whole day. Expedia expressed to me through email that we would have to pay for the shuttle service from airport to the hotel again. They when we finally got to Punta Cana, airport I received another email stating the resort had cancelled our reservation and there was nothing they could do because it was the resorts policies. When I arrived at the resort I let them know and they assured me that they had already been paid by Expedia and my reservation was still valid. This was my honeymoon and I was so stressed and more when Expedia couldn’t do anything for me. Resort was great to us. Clean, many activities on site (at night, at the pool with the activity team; (Jasmine) and games)

I recently stayed on the adult side of the resort, which was quiet but unfortunately did not meet expectations—it felt more like a budget motel experience than a resort. The quality of the food throughout the property was disappointing, reminiscent of convenience store fare rather than resort dining. The drinks were also mediocre. Staff interactions were mixed. The front desk team was generally warm and accommodating. Initially, Yason at the front was friendly, but his demeanor shifted once we declined the timeshare presentation next door. However, I must highlight Alexander at the concierge desk—his service was truly exceptional. When my friend experienced a dental emergency, Alexander coordinated the entire process, arranging both the dentist visit and transportation. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us celebrate a recent nursing school graduation by having balloons, champagne, and a cheese tray delivered to our room—an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. If you speak Spanish which two of us do the staff seemed very friendly and open verses coming off cold if you didn't. While the other sections of the resort were visually nicer and easily accessible by tram or on foot, the food quality remained consistently underwhelming. Given the price point, it was just ok, the staff in the spa were very nice. I would not choose to stay at this resort again.

It was ok BUT the steakhouse was THE place to eat. I’ve been to other resorts where they had better restaurants. The beach was horrible. It had like 3 feet of seaweed on the entire beach. Pool was nice and chairs were usually available.

Resort is clean, staff is friendly, and we enjoyed the food!! Loved being in walking distance of the 2 other Princess family resorts. Rooms could definitely use some updating but the beds were comfy and room service was always on point. Shower water never got warm but kind of felt good after being in the hot sun all day long by the beach and pool.

Pros: Amazing for the price … truly an unplugging and relaxing experience… the massages are so great and close by … the food and service is wonderful … Cons: AC is not good at all … the WiFi was out or too slow to use most of the week. The beach was covered in sea weed (out of their control) … the vendors are a bit out of control and have too much freedom but what can you do?! This is the second time we have gone so we obviously like it enough to return … highly recommend… again there are nicer ones but the price can’t be beat.

The only adult party of this resort needs a lift. Some of the employees were nice but the majority looks like they are not happy working in there. I believe after a remodel they will be perfect of course they also need to give some hospitality courses for their employees

It was a cute hotel. I would come back again because of affordability and the relaxing environment. The entertainment team didnt even try to speak with me once, one of the entertainers tried to get my boyfriend to join a crazy game but that was it, i couldn't tell you one of their names. The beach was not cleaned, so much seaweed. The food lacked variety but was edible. The drinks, i would suggest inquiring about upgrading to get access to the top shelf stuff. Some bartenders at the lobby bar made good drinks despite the bad alcohol. Overall, the feeling i keep getting is , "it was cute ".
