Beach was beautiful. I was shocked that the hospitality was terrible! The bad attitude from staff throughout the property from the front desk to the restaurants.

The property size was just right for a quick walk between activities. Staff were very friendly and fun and spoke English well. The food was very average. The room was clean but the setup made it hard to have privacy to shower and use the bathroom. I travelled with a friend. The air conditioning in the room could not keep up. Most of the resort is open air so often times we were very hot. The only place where the AC worked really well was the little gift shop. Also, I did not like that there were vendors and excursion people asking us questions and trying to persuade us to buy. Overall this resort had the vibe we wanted to just relax, but there is definitely room for improvements

Amazing hotel, the food was so good, many options. The alcohol is everything, the customer service was so heart warming and welcoming. The beach and pool are clean, towels are clean warm and clean as well. The room is also great, very clean mini fridge stocked and a cute view of the garden, beds were done daily and fresh towels my only thing is the shower, hot tub, and sink could’ve been cleaned a little better, found some unpleasant residue. Overall, the entire experience at this hotel was excellent and I will be definitely coming back.

The entertainment staff at this property is top notch. Based solely on them we would definitely book here again. The resort and beach were gorgeous and well maintained. Food and drinks were great and service was amazing.

Beautiful property, no air conditioning and fridge was broken. Unsanitary no hygiene practices no hand sanitizers no toilet paper food temperature was never tested and smell of sewage all over.

This hotel was very dole for me personally. I believe it targets an older crowd. Which was cool with me that means it was just pretty quiet most of the time. I barely ate the food there, and when I finally tried the food it wasn’t hitting at all! My room got flooded the day before I left and it was a whole thing. If my parents are going on vacation I’d be happy to book this hotel for them. But for me and my friends my age it’s a solid no. Although, they do have a topless beach 😌 and that’s always fun for me and my girlies.

The staff is the best factor in this resort. They were friendly & hospitable . The property/facilty condition was a 3star at best. The rooms & facility needs renovations. The A/C barely worked & couldn’t get cool, the bed was hard & worn out. It’s a 3.5star because of staff & the white powder sand beach, otherwise, a true 3star. Budget friendly.
