We came here after my initial reservation somewhere else was a fail. My family and I had an amazing time! Rooms are spacious and clean! Guest service was amazing and friendly! The hotel itself is beautiful! Food was mid besides that it was amazing!!!!’

I had a terrible experience. My bathroom flooded 3 times, I went to take a shower and as I walked into the bathroom i stepped into a puddle of toilet water they came to "fix the toilet" and it happened again and again, the third time they came to "fix it" they had to unhook the toilet, and they sat it in the shower come to find out a vape was stuck in the toilet. even after they did that it continued to flood. I requested s new room and didn't get it, I feel like I should be compensated I was not satisfied at all during my stay here. I have videos and pictures of everything and the night before I left, I woke up around 2am to use the restroom and it was flooded Maintenace came to "fix it" but told me I had to wait because it was a plumbing issue. The issue was never resolved from the first incident the only thing they did was had housekeeping come mop up the water. Terrible experience. None of my needs were met.

Love the resort , just that most staff do not speak English and the night entertainment is not as enjoyable as that of the resorts in Mexico. I suggest the entertainment team especially learn English in order to make the English speaking guests feel welcomed.

Check in took over and hour. We suppose to have a personal butler service with Expedia to guide us and help us make dinner reservations for the restaurants, which they did not. We only had to eat the buffet food with was tasteless. Fry chicken was always dry and hard. The food was terrible overall. The rooms was ok, room service didn’t clean everyday. They would hang a do not disturb sign on your door so they don’t have to clean it. Which I did not hang. I wanted my rooms cleaned everyday. Had to beg for clean towels. They do not replenish the mini fridge in room. Bathroom was run down with molds, shower was broken. French an Italian restaurants was always closed so always had to eat buffet food. Our round trip transportation WB company did not come back to drop us off at the airport, Junior from WB rudely told us to take a taxi. So we ended up having to pay for a taxi when we had already paid WB transport for round trip. Overall we hated this trip to DR. Will not recommend this hotel nor WB shuttle service.

Piscina en exelentes condiciones, cuartos de buen tamaño, pero los aires acondicionados de los cuartos fatal no enfrian lo que hacen es refrescar muy poco, Por otro lado las comidas siempre frias (pesimo) el piso del comedor resbala demasiado me fui a caer en varias ocasiones eso deberian de arreglarlo, igual el piso del pasillo de la discoteca y el aire de la discoteca no enfria nada mas en el piso tenian un bache de agua y un olor a humedad insostenible, el personal miy amable y atentos De volver no creo q vuelva al hotel

From a person that do leave reviews there was re reason for this one. The place was beautiful and clean but the staff was horrible during our stay we found only 3 staff members that were polite so mid way though our stay we defaulted to look for those specific one's since they were the only ones to deserve a tip and actually treated us well. Being dominican we expected to have a variety of food but it was the same food constantly (hibachi was definitely the best out of the entire trip). But you can only reserve 3 nights as specialty restaurants we stayed for 7 nights.Definitely will not be staying there again. Hope someone has a better experience than we did.
