Great Resort! Fantastic Staff

We had a great stay at Mirage. Lisandro our butler was top notch, extremely responsive and handled anything we would need. Omar and Daysi at the pool bar were also fantastic and always had refills for us ready! Would highly recommend this resort!

The food was close to inedible. Worst food I’ve had in my life. Also, the vendors are annoying. One of them kissed my friend without her permission. Trying to sell cheap jewelry to my other friend for $850. The whole thing felt like a scam. The pool and room (minus the cockroach I found) were nice. The beach was nice minus the vendors that try to sell you something every 10 minutes.

The staff was amazing. Our butler Leanardo was fantastic. He checked on us daily, made our dinner reservations and made sure we were having a great time. The two bartenders at the piano bar upstairs were the best!! The waitresses in the courtyard at night were the hardest working people I saw. They were so nice and always making sure the drinks were full. The entertainment team were just that - entertaining!! At night they were constantly walking around talking to people, getting people to dance with them and just always making sure you had a great time. This place is luxurious and the best place to stay. Checking and check out was painless and quick. This ideas our second visit and definitely not our last.

This is second time I’ve used the same shuttle transportation Destination Services it really is terrible. They don’t listen to you when making pick up from the resort back to the airport both times it had been a terrible experience with Destination Services Transportation

Very large rooms, with 2 bathrooms made it convenient for a friend’s vacation. The resort is very clean and staff friendly. Our butler, Fabio, was a nice bonus. The gym was the best I have ever come across in a resort. There was no shortage of cabanas and loungers at both beach and pool area.
