Property was clean, Staff was AMAZING!!! We went for my 50th birthday and they all did so much to make me and my family feel special. Our butler Edith made sure we always had everything, she checked in on us everyday. Pablo and Bae were the entertainment staff and every afternoon and evening had wonderful things for us to do or watch, so great. Ismael and Melli at the family pool bar took care of us everyday and made very tasty drinks. The food was great at every restaurant even the buffet! I cannot say enough great things about The Majestic Mirage. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Majestic Staff!!

The resort itself is stunningly beautiful! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Jeffrey was our butler he checked in with us often to see that our needs were met. The restaurants overall were great with the only exceptions being the steakhouse and main buffet. None of us took more than a few bites of our ribeyes that were very fatty with no flavor. The marketplace buffet was the only often for breakfast since we had a minor with us and it gave us diarrhea everyday. The other restaurants were each a unique experience with great food options. We did the snorkeling/party boat excursion and it was just ok. Overall we had an amazing trip here and would definitely come back.

I cannot say enough good things about our honeymoon stay at Magestic Mirage. Your all inclusive experience starts as soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly, kind and you can honestly see that they enjoy their job. The beach is beautiful, pool has a swim up bar. There are multiple restaurants they even have a 24 hour sports bar. Room service and laundry were also great. Not included in the all inclusive was the spa but i recommend making an appointment you will not be disappointed. There are shows every night and foam parties in the pools. There’s always something to do even on a rainy day. They also have their own little cafe shop. Such a great experience and we will be returning for an anniversary in the future!

Everything was excellent during our stay, except for the transportation. The transfer to the hotel never arrived, and the contact person did not respond to WhatsApp messages to inform us of the reason. Because of this, we had to pay for a private transfer to reach our destination.
