Our butler Jean Claude was wonderful. Honestly everyone on staff was wonderful and I wish I could remember names but it really was every staff member we encountered. They were always friendly and welcoming. The extra care in decorating the room for my birthday was just another happy memory I have from our stay here. I’m so grateful for all of them. My only complaints about the resort is some minor areas where I noticed things needed repair and there were some bad smells coming from the bathroom area momentarily. Nothing serious though. Food was often just okay too. Would definitely recommend it this resort.

My husband and I spent 7 nights at the Majestic Mirage and absolutely loved it. We had an ocean view room in building 4, 2nd floor, adults only Club. This location is so convenient to the beach, pool and the Club lounge that has a small buffet with various snacks, fruit and salad bar along with drinks. This is also where you get your beach towels. We were also near the Seaside beach restaurant that offered a breakfast and lunch buffet and Al carte menu at dinner. Here are the top 4 reasons we loved this resort so much: 1. Beach - if you love the beach this is the place for you! It is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of seating as well. 2. Drinks - they were delicious and large . Drink of choice in daytime was Miami Vice and Chocolate and lemon drop Martinis from the martini bar right outside the Italian restaurant at night . 3. Room - So spacious! 2 separate areas and 2 bathrooms with a large balcony . 4. Staff - Every staff member went above and beyond. A big shout out to Elvis our Butler for checking on us everyday and Tahani the best bartender ever 🍹! We highly recommend this resort!

Very clean and organized. The beaches are beautiful and very clean with plenty of loungers available. The numerous pools were not crowded and everywhere. Staff were friendly but if I have one concern it was that many staff were not able to communicate with us.

Absolutely loved the resort and our Butler Omar was great. There is plenty of staff on hand to take care of literally everything you need. Only downside was the people hounding you trying to sell things. And sell them at a ridiculous price. They would actually get business if they were reasonable. I will be back to the Majestic Mirage!

A great place for a getaway from the snow. Vickiana pascal was our butler and she was excellent. Meals were great, bars were top notch, and the beach and pool areas were wonderful. Our first trip to punta Cana was outstanding. Highly recommend the majestic mirage

We really loved our stay at the Majestic Mirage. The dining options were numerous and the food was wonderful. There were also numerous bars on the property that were fully staffed, you never waited for your drink. The property was very walkable including down to the beach. The beach area and pool area were very well maintained and we never had trouble finding a place to sit at either. The only issue we ran into had to do with our room. We had booked a regular room in the adults only portion of the resort which was supposed to have a balcony hot tub. Upon arrival, we were “upgraded” to a top floor room with a roof top hot tub and day bed, which had a wonderful view and large really great space. However, our hot tub did not work, it would not fill with water. We alerted our butler and somehow he filled the hot tub (we did not see, but we are assuming with a hose) as the fix, but then the water was quite cold and not desirable to use. So, we never got to use our personal hot tub on our stay which was disappointing as we were looking forward to that and one of the reasons we chose this resort. However, despite the hot tub issue, we really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was clean, everyone was very friendly, and the food was outstanding. We would definitely book here again and look forward to doing so in the future.
