We upgraded to Premium -Most of the staff were friendly. We encountered a couple of staff members who weren’t very nice. Our room was very outdated. There was a leak in the ceiling of our shower bad enough for the plaster to fall off. They did fix it immediately after we reported it. So thank you for that! Our concierge Sanyel was very nice ! Overall we enjoyed our vacation but won’t be returning due to the outdated rooms.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating from Mabel in the premier club and Wilkins in las Brisa’s restaurant and LeBron the chef and yennefer in the main buffet at breakfast and lunch they all had a smile everyday and were always eager to make you feel special also the air conditioner in the room was great we were a group of 14 and we would go back

Relatively close to airport, dated hotel most of staff did not speak english and gave better service to thise who spoke native language (spanish), room was mopped only when asked, frindge in room wasn't qorking properly and reported to front desk but never fixed. It's a very large hotel divited into adult and family bldg and areas. Adult only area has very limited food choices and other area is about 15 min walk although there is a hotel trolly available.

Las facilidades muy buenas, aunque,l la actitud y la servicialidad del staff no son las mejores. Un trato hacia el huésped como si le molestara el trabajo. En varias ocaciones ignoraban al momento de solicitar un servicio, ya sea en el bar y cuando lo hacian era de mala manera, o no llegaban con lo solicitado. Esto y entre otras cosas de los empleados conlleva que en nuestro próximo viaje el hotel no será el seleccionado.
