Danielle in the VIP office was great. Very patient, informative and attentive. I appreciate his care and allowing me to practice my Spanish lol. We had a great time. I’ve been here before and I would come again.

This place was the worst employees at the front desk, clearly needs to be trained in better customer service.. I checked in was given my room and was told to come back in 20 minutes and it will be ready .. when we got back they gave away my room and said they gave me a regular room , that's not what paid for.. then they well all the rooms are the same.. if all are the same then why is there room choices before you book.. they were actually arguing with me instead of doing there jobs, after 2 hrs they finally gave us a room .. there room key was a bracket that had copper .so I told them to cut it off because I'm allergic , they tried to force me to keep it onn.. never again would I go back to That hotel or DR

We love the hotel it was beautiful very clean, the person at the desk and welcoming us was super nice she makes sure we have all our dinner reservations for the restaurant we want. The food on the buffet was not that great.

I love everything! The only thing that needs to work a lot better on customer service are the waiters at the Caribe buffet! Other than that! everything was excellent and my husband and I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place with no AC throughout the facilities including rooms. Just to hot and humid to experience no AC. I was told many times AC is not working including rooms with strong smell of humidity. Staffed was friendly, I notice the only place with working ac was the French restaurant (only restaurant not included).

Good stay but rooms overwhelming smelled of mildew. Hard to sleep Some nights because of it. We changed rooms but it was the same. Maybe water damage or air conditioners not being cleaned or maintained properly. Lots of seaweed but that’s not the resorts fault. They tried to clean it.

The Premium Oceanfront suites was mildew and moldy. Restaurant food was horrible (The Steakhouse, Dolce Vita, La Brisa). The buffet food was better than the restaurants but not by much. There was not one restaurant that had edible food. I am not sure what the 4.5 reviews are pertaining to. I did not bother to complain as my stay was for 3 nights. Service was sub-par. I had a reservation for 10:30 and it seems thy took off the AC

The overall was ok. The staff was not very friendly at all . The women especially!!! We had to ask for face towels almost every day even though the room was cleaned daily.the bath room out dated and toilet would keep running after every flush.The air wasn’t working.They came quickly while we were gone , but left a mess. The fridge linked the whole time causing the floor to be wet . Very disappointing. The bathroom smelled as well. If these things did not exist it would have been great

This is the worse resort that I ever been in Punta Cana, not sure what going on there but not music allowed in the adult resort, the restaurant food portion are very small, there isn't entertainment, Barcelo beach is the most boring place ever…. Only recommend to people who don’t like fun, for people that wants to sleep in their vacations is a good place otherwise don’t go there….
