The staff is what makes the resort so enjoyable! Decent food, they do have a lot of fruits and veggies . And lots of options. The pool is beautiful, but you can see a lot of areas that need fixing or replacing. The rooms are also very dated. Our AC was broken, we couldn’t shut it off and a technician came to “fix it” but he didn’t . The only way we discovered to shut it off was to disconnect it from the wall. The bedding was also not very comfortable. The blanket was heavy and rough. And they had weird sheets. We did enjoy all the activities, and they also keep the kids engaged and entertained .

The security guard will take your bag if you leave it by the pool and empty it out and not give you back your stuff inside. Manager told me my sunscreen was taken by someone when I saw it on the counter behind her. Make that make sense. The food was tasteless in the buffet there were only a few good things. Two out of the five of us got sick and we think it was the buffet food. The restaurants were nice and good and had good service. Our rooms (which had two toddlers) was next to where they did the shows in the adult only resort and none of us could go to sleep until well past midnight. There’s was almost no outlets in the room and the AC would work sometimes and sometimes not The bathroom door wouldn’t close at all The bartenders are not nice and have an attitude Power was on and off on the last day do NOT come to this resort there are so many better ones out there

What a wonderful experience! On the first day of my arrival, during lunch, I met two wonderful women. So caring! They connected with my family, and I immediately felt safe and at home. The rest of the staff was wonderful, but these two were like our moms, watching over us. They helped us with everything we needed. They were patient, respectful, and professional. I felt like family. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them was amazing. They took care of us and made sure we were okay. I would definitely come back to this place: very clean, well-organized, and their service is exceptional. I plan to come back. I highly recommend this place! And don't forget to ask for Yanibel and Yoneudy. If one isn't there, the other will help you. If they're both there! It's a godsend! My 9-year-old son loved them! It was sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip.

I honestly can say, it wasn’t necessary a bad experience. It just wasn’t to my liking 100%. The rooms are old the bathrooms are out dated. The curtains smell. The restaurants that had to be reserved were “full” even though there was no one there. Activities are limited and the club and casino are fairly small. The staff was the best part. Extremely helpful and friendly.
