if I could go back, I wouldn’t choose it again.
Don’t get me wrong, the place itself is beautiful. The architecture, the design, and the overall look are stunning — they did a great job with that. But if you’re someone like me who looks for a complete experience, this isn’t the right place.
Customer service is hit or miss — some people are kind, others not so much. The crowd is also very mixed. It’s not really an adults-only resort, but it’s not fully family-friendly either. While there are activities for kids, there are also some that are quite inappropriate. For example, the “Perfect Couple” show at night included moments that I would never want my children to see. So, the hotel seems unsure if it wants to cater to families or adults.
My room experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the room was dirty. I had to ask for a change, but the new room they offered was in a bad location. I ended up paying for an upgrade just to have a decent stay.
The food and drinks were the biggest letdown. My husband got sick the first night, and the drinks were awful. If you don’t pay for the unique wristband, they serve you the lowest quality liquor.
I can’t say the hotel is completely bad, but I also can’t say it’s good. Based on the review that made me come here, my reality was far from that.
If I can save at least one person from coming here, I will — because overall, it was a very expensive mediocre experience, with terrible food and drinks.
