Conveniently close to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and the lake. A non-alcohol hotel, because I’m told of its proximity to the Temple. Very nice and obliging staff.

Amazing experience and exceptional staff who tended to my every need. Particularly Sivaraj who worked at the front/lobby who helped me organise my forwarding journey. Also experience the bliss package message in which Nina gave an amazing service to relax and recharge my body. Will definitely recommend and will visit again Thank you once again

So overall this hotel was an excellent option. My room had a great view, especially at night with the city lights against the mountainsides. The lock on the door, although it did lock, was a bit difficult and frustrating. However, Kandy City stay does get high marks for staff and their local tours. The hotel’s (mainly elephant park) was excellent and very economical.

Beautiful grounds and spacious rooms with proficient AC. Easy check in and enjoyed the restaurant and room service. Staff was helpful and courteous. We will stay here again.

Great hotel in scenic location but a bit out of centre. The staff were outstanding and the service faultless.

Amazing view of Kandy from on top of the mountain! Great drink, food, and hospitality. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend
