This time staying at this location. I stayed 21 days. Had great options for meals and cuz the time you're going they offered a complimentary lunch that went from like 12:00 until 4:00 so I had a wide range of when I could stop in to eat and was able to pick from a probably a four-star menu

You won't regret it!!!!

I am a senior, widow now and decided to meet some friends who were flying from their hometown; we met there. The resort arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and so I felt very comfortable going by myself. This was my very first time; my friends have been going for years and now I know why! I was truly so incredibly impressed by the resort. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, colourful, very large compared to other hotels I have been before, all with balcony and a kitchenette. The wonderful staff keep all the areas immaculate; always cleaning! There are countless activities, games, events, shows every day to choose from - so much happens all the time. There are 2 restaurants on the premises and the food was excellent, My booking included a free, very copious lunch every day which was a real BONUS! I truly don't have anything negative to SAY about my first visit. I know that I will go back; and I also know that I can also go myself if I desire - the resort is extremely secure. Cars coming and going are checked at the gates. I truly felt that I was "home away from home"!! Thanks Villa del Palmar for the wonderful experience.

The only reason why I would give a 4 star review is because of the bird problem they have at the buffet. I’m terrified of birds and they just swarm your table as you’re eating and also they are up on the buffet stealing food. Was hard to sit and relax to enjoy your food. There’s just so many of them. There was a guy there with hawk on a leash to try and scare them away but not there all the time

The only thing i didnt like was being surprised at checkout by an additional 450 pesos due for tips. I'm a good tipper, but all over the hotel were notices stating tipping waiters was not necessary, since that cost was already included in the cost of a drink or meal. The front desk also confirmed this.

I just retired from my career as a senior engineering control last year and scheduled a vacation.To visit Puerto Vallarta after more than 20 years of not being there We arrived at a hotel that cost me very cheap, less than $300 for two nights and three days,If you can't park your car there, you'll have to look for a nearby parking spot or on the street.The rate was not all inclusive, the first day there was a coffee sachet, I requested a second sachet for the second day and they told me that since food was not included, there was no coffee.After three attempts, each one lasting 10 minutes with different people from the hotel, fortunately I had bought coffee at Costco and that was not a problem.I talked about this little incident with the manager's assistant at the hotel and it seems that she didn't care.
