This hotel is very well located in la zona Romantica de Puerto Vallarta which is in the old authentic PV. This area feels like a village. With a beautiful beach front offering frandiose view of the entire bay. Playa les Arcos is a quaint hotel and has nothing to do with the style, oversized and remote modern resort that lined the coast farther north or south of PV. A great place to spend quality vacation among the locals!

Nice clean, safe property right in the middle of the heart of the old city. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. You don't really even have to leave but perfect distance for excursion tours or beaches in the south. Would stay again.

My only complaint would the A/C in the room not performing properly. No other rooms were available to move. Part of the problem is the bathroom has an open ventilation type window that lets all the cool air out….no way to close that vent causes problems.

Playa Los Arcos Hotel was lovely and amazing. Great service, nice and clean. It had beautiful music with live band and folkloric dances. The buffet was traditional Mexican food with a great taste. The servers took well care of us. Amazing view of the ocean from our room.

Hotel was under construction- we book the superior premium room- water view. We were given a room with street view instead and were informed by front desk that none of the superior premium rooms have water view. I took a screenshot of the falsely advertised room. Overall it’s an ok hotel at a convenient location- walking distance from “el Malecon.” The food at both restaurants is average and not cheap.
