Staff are very friendly. Property itself is very large, so be prepared to walk a lot. Some confusion with staff as to what restaurants were open and what times, so ended up missing a meal one day. Food was about par, nothing special. It's a very kid friendly resort, so the pools were very loud.

Had a great time with my children. Borrowed buggy boards and that was so much fun. The food is great, the service amazing. Every employee we had interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Great 4 night stay in PVR for the family. Beach and pools were really nice. Food and entertainment were good but we were craving a bit more variety by the end. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the mojito stand by the beach.
