Rented a room for an afternoon/evening as our flight going home back to Canada was delayed for over 5 hours. This let our us and our kids relax in a room with beds and use the rooftop pool hour rather than sit in an airport all day. The rooftop pool area was great and let us get in some last sun in Mexico. Good spot for this. Room was basic but clean and all we needed. Couple spots within walking distance for food as well. Airport was 5 minute ride away so quick and easy to get to when we headed over.

Hello We were suppose to stay at this property but when we arrived they told us we we were at the wrong hotel. After we produced our confirmation they took some time and came back and told us we were getting an "Upgrade" to stay at the Holiday in Suites. We did receive any notification of the change. They shuttled us to the other hotel and after some delay we were able to checkin. After a long travel day it was unfortunate to have to make this change with no notification, which should have been very easy to provide.
