The property was run down and old. The buffet food was elderly nursing home quality. Just a bunch of old people jocking for space around a crowded pool loading up plates of substandard cuisine.

The hotel is definitely Mexican Charm. Our room was clean, plenty of hot water for showering, daily maid service and comfortable bed. The only down side in the room we had was you could hear some road noise now and again and the fan for the ac unit was a bit loud. The staff is absolutely wonderful and service was excellent. The food was not 5 Star, but you could find something at each meal to eat. We were able to find chairs by the pool each day and if you were having trouble finding one a staff member would help find one for you. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

We enjoyed ourselves here. Staff were nice & accommodating. Nice variety for the dinner buffet options which were different each night, and I especially loved their chilaquiles bar for breakfast! Older property but well maintained. I feel like we got what we paid for. I plan to go back again.

Room was clean and the staff are great! Always ready to help you and the waiters around the pool made sure we were taken care of. The only change I would like to see happen is another set of stairs put in at the other end of the pool. The majority of guests are a little older or actually seniors and having to walk all round the wet decking to get to the stairs is not safe.

The room was clean (could be updated). For the price good value. Staff excellent. Close to buses to visit Malacon etc. Pool and grounds well maintained. Food is good, but lots of restaurants close by as well.
