Everything was great except the construction on the 2 floors above 1249. It was challenging to go back to our room to rest, nap etc with the pounding etc above our room. It was our honeymoon.

We were welcomed by Wendy at the check in desk that went beyond to help change our room. Hotel manager Julio stepped in also to make our stay feel as a valued guest. We had the best pool server Michelle that made us feel so special. The central location is so convenient to restaurants and the Malacon. We just wish the dinner buffet could be better in choices!

We had a lovely stay here although they were working on our floor and there was drilling noise all day till like 6pm so it was hard to relax in the room in the afternoon. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The property was clean and staff were very nice. I did not care for the dining options. There were only two restaurants with limited menu. If you want a steak, you have to pay extra. I would stay here again but opt out of the all-inclusive option. (not worth the money in my opinion)

Enjoyed our stay. Food was good and the staff was phenomenal. Didn’t love the sales pitches for club membership or constant vendors on the beach. Not as sandy as pictured. Mexican themed night with live entertainment was amazing.
