La verdad no era lo que esperaba, pienso que es más para las personas del país. El buffet muy poca variedad, de carne solo había pollo, no había helado ni yogurt ni mariscos. El primer día no había agua caliente en la habitación y el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy poco, no regresaría ni lo recomendaría a nadie

My wife and I enjoyed a lot. Everything was good so far, the staff was amazing the food, the services me the timeframe response for any needs we had was solved very fast. Would like to mention the amazing service of Andres ( in the main bar of the tropical pool), very attentive, polite and professional in his area. From guest services ( Annel and Angelica Hernandez both they were the ones helping us with some little issues we had on the first day, action that increased a lot our experience). We would definitely comeback.

The room was spacious and the atmosphere was very calm, making it a great place for families or for a relaxing getaway with a partner. The all-you-can-eat buffet offered a great variety of food, which we really enjoyed.The only downside was the quality of the drinks, which could definitely be improved. Also, while the pool area is nice, there aren’t many activities available beyond that, so the resort may feel limited if you’re looking for more to do;Overall, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind, but could benefit from better drinks and more activity options.

All room was mouldy toilet did not work well, Guess service staff was not good, I moved from one room to another then encountered the same problem. I went to book restaurant dinners and was told that there were no availability for that day when I booked for the rest of the rest of the week I only got 9pm. When I arrived for my dinners the restaurants all the restaurants were not full they had availability for all the earlier dinners, they were supposed to supply water each day which they never did, Every day I complained and was promised that they will be there with the water, but never showed up I will not recommend booking the Cofresi Palm. I was at this resort many times before but stayed in different areas which was great. First time in this area but just encountered too many problems I as m glad to be out of there .

Amenities and room are great, Luciano Vasquez was awesome and respectful, very pleasant. The background from our room can be loud. Visitors talk loud. At times, no hot water to take a shower. Workers at the restaurants are attentive and always smiling Cleaning people in room unlocked and opened rooms, without waiting to let them in first.
