Top-shelf room and property that exudes class but be warned - the hotel is not within walking distance of downtown except in dire need. Going anywhere will necessitate hiring a driver. Pool and jacuzzi were cold and unusable during my stay.

Great hotel in the middle of the Argentinian rainforest with great service including spa treatments and laundry. Only drawback was when we had breakfast there was no hot food.

I got a good deal on a mid week package and decided to splurge on a nice hotel. I especially liked the idea of a hot tub. Other reviews mentioned it was only warm but I found the temperature lovely and very relaxing. The pool area is nice too. The restaurant was great and I expected to have to pay $17 for breakfast but it was included which I was grateful for. They easily arranged for taxis to take you anywhere without waiting more than a few minutes.

This hotel was awesome. Stayed there for two nights and 3 days. The staff was very attentive. We did a little bit of laundry for us. Had our clothes back in 2 hours. There's a restaurant on the property that was wonderful. Food was great. The pool jacuzzi was nice and clean. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very good stay. Other than iguazoo falls Park we did not have to leave the hotel for anything

Exceptional service from staff. Arrived early and offered breakfast voucher before check in which was much appreciated. Had complementary wine tasting each evening in the foyer. Clean/modern facilities. Breakfast buffet offerings were plentiful. One issue: we had issues with hot water on first night but staff sent maintenance to address the issue and was resolved about an hour later. The next night the water was Luke warm around 6 pm after returning from hikes and was told by maintenance that it was just because many people were showering/nothing to do but wait. We waited about an hour and water was hot again. Despite this issue, still rating it a 5 because of the excellent courteous staff at the facility that honestly went above and beyond on many occasions. The place fyi is not walkable to P. Iguazú city center but easily accessible by taxi.

Is a very comfortable property, excellent spa massages, beautiful outdoor and convenient located to visit Iguazu Falls on the Argentinian side. Expensive transportation by remise. The cost to go to the Brazilian side was $140. Overall I will stay again is a beautiful and pageful hotel.

Beautiful place, has everything you need, great breakfast, lunch and dinner are their options, pricy and food are soso. You have to call or front desk can help car service which taxi is only available, no uber in the city

Beautiful outdoor pool- warm and clean. Restaurant food fantastic and staff really really helpful. Steak one of the best ever had! But rooms are less good. Faulty kettle, no tea or coffee, shower not powerful, no plug in sink, no recycling in hotel that I was aware off and a massive park up if you ask them to fix a taxi for you. No room file and no tourist information. Not sure it was worth what they charged us- and I’m still awaiting a response to my request to be collected but their so called airport transfer service. Be aware it’s a 10 dollar taxi ride each way to town or 3 miles walk

I have enjoyed my stay so far. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I arrived asking price and to see the room. They answered all my questions and showed me a room. I decided to stay another night and honestly would stay longer if possible. The pool is very nice and they also have a restaurant by the lobby.

The property is not only beautifully surrounded by nature, the rides to and from airport and Iguazu falls are so scenic. All canopy trees on roads. Dense green vegetation around. Property itself is very thoughtfully built. Ramps in right places for bags, excellent staff (special mention for Facundo), hotel arranged transport(Sergio was very nice and helpful and punctual). Food was very reasonably priced and tasty and fresh. We ordered before the restaurant opened as in-room service. Got hot meal and a cool beverage in short time. I highly recommend this place!
