Everything was lovely the only problem was the deposit of £460 taken on check in, i am used to giving my credit cards or debit cards in case of hotel spending but the money was taken from my account on check in and not returned until 3 weeks after returning home. I have stayed in many lovely hotels but this is the first time I’ve had this happen apart from that the hotel and staff were very good

What a great stay. From the moment I checked in to the moment, I checked out this was a perfect stay at a great boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect. I used the bar (very quiet) and the breakfast area in the morning. It was a very short walk to both the fortress and old town (slightly longer). I really enjoyed the location. I couldn't find one issue with anything with this property, other than not reviving an copy oh my bill. I would definitely recommend it. Kudos whoever designed and put this establishment thing together, they understand how to execute a boutique hotel. It's great.

Luxury feel to hotel and staff were very helpful and kind. Didnt understand that they didnt have polish beer on draft. Drinks and food were a bit on the high side but the bar was never full. Pool and sauna were a good standard and rooms were large. Breakfast can be a bit mixed but suppose they have to cater for multi nationalities.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and modern...in a retro style. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. It was very well located close to all amenities. Could not fault it and would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside...it was very expensive to eat here, and the mini bar was expensive as well...but we ate out.

This hotel is fabulous, staff are so friendly and accomodating from the time we arrived until the time we left. Our king room was perfect, comfortable bed, robes, slippers and a stocked mini fridge, coffee machine etc. Lots of choice for breakfast. Cocktails in the bar were lovely. A 5 five minute walk to the main square and Christmas markets. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel. From the wonderful staff who can't do enough for you to the adventurous cocktails, it's 10/10. I have been very lucky to stay in some of the finest hotels worldwide and this is now amongst them. It is also well placed for the old town and the castle

The room was spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for us, my husbands 50th and they brought us a bottle of prosecco and a special birthday breakfast. Really comfortable bed and room was lovely and quiet, lovely toiletries and spa. The cocktails in the bar were amazing.
