Wonderful choice in the heart of Prague

The hotel location is superb, it is an easy walking distance to all the important sites and public transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and we got turn-down service every afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, you could order fresh coffee/espresso and it was very tasty. Our staff at breakfast room, Christina, was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a wonderful choice for visit Prague.

Fantastic location

Really good hotel in a fantastic location to access any area of Prague. Great staff who were very friendly. Room was spacious and well maintained. Free breakfast was offered but not the best quality. They offered non-dairy milk option but nothing else vegan. Gluten free bread was meant to be available but they were out of it for all three estates days we were there. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful hotel in a superb vicinity.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location is superb for all of Prague whether you walk, or use tram or metro. Breakfast was good and a good of variety.

The hotel is located opposite an exit of the Mustek metro statation.This was a repeat visit and we were pleased to note that the hotel is maintaining its exceptional high standards. The room was clean and well appointed, while the breakfast buffet was generous. A special thanks to Anastasia, who ensured that, despite a delayed arrival in the early hours of the morning, I was speedily checked in and shown to my room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It is right in the center of Old Prague Square. Very accessible to shops and restaurants as well as Astronomical Clock. Hotel is clean and staffs are great, the only thing was the thermostat in the room was difficult to regulate, it gets hot at night and could hardly sleep.

Excellent hotel ideally located to be able to walk anywhere. Room was clean and spacious. In room stairs would be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Bed was really comfortable.will certainly be back if we return to Prague
