Hotel was clean and easy to access. I didn’t feel any vip access. Also no room upgrade , even they didnt prolong my check out timing. Hotel generally great as location and condition. Really close to train station. Also not so hard walk to old market square. Everyday they are adding 1liter bottle of water to your room , it is free. For europe standarts it is good. Generally it is small bottles in other hotels. Clean and bed is comfy. Room has enough space.

Best deal with great breakfast

Room was good size and beds were comfortable . Rooms were silent so we had good sleep . Breakfast was very good especially avocado on toast and fresh juices .

Jr dbl room was spacious, and location right near the central station is also convenient. Room AC never really would go below 23C even though outside temperature was like 20C, but I was able to get a small table fan for the room. Bathroom is fairly ackward...1foot wide dbl doors that are hard to open/close, and shower/tub combo is very narrow and high off the floor..almost need a step stool to get in and out. I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious and we'll laid out, the bathroom was clean with a funny sticker on the mirror, the food at the monkey bar was delicious as we're the drinks, the staff was helpful spoke very good English and very kind, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also a 3 minute walk from the train station which was so convenient.

As a first time traveler overseas I felt immediately welcomed at Falkensteiner Hotel from the second I walked in the door. Petr at the front desk is a gem of a human being and helped me feel at ease as a guest in a brand new place. The room was beautiful, everything was clean and elegant, and all the staff I met at the desk and the Monkey Bar were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the breakfast if you plan to stay, it was out of this world delicious! The next time I’m in Prague I can easily say Falkensteiner will be one of my stops in my travels again. :)
