Still struggling to book a place to stay? The Sporthotel Landhaus Wacker and the Victor's Residenz-Hotel Gummersbach might just be what you're looking for. The first is 25 kilometres from downtown, while the second is 30 kilometres away. Alternatively, you could travel 19 kilometres away from central Pracht to the Via-Ruhepol.

It's well known that Aussies are pretty laid back, so consider chilling out a little longer and checking out the St. Antonius Kirche and Burglahr Castle in Oberlahr, 18 kilometres to the southwest of Pracht. Oberlahr hotels are the Hotelpark Der Westerwald Treff and Hotel Heiderhof. 30 kilometres to the north of Pracht you'll also find Gummersbach, which is home to the Wyndham Garden Gummersbach and Hotel Aggertal. If you stay in Gummersbach, set aside a little time to check out Lieberhausen Church and Gumbala Water Park.

Travel 45 kilometres south and you'll be in Koblenz, a regional centre with a population of 110,000. While you're exploring this neck of the woods, whip out your selfie stick and get your tourist on at the Deutsches Eck, the Rhein Mosel Halle Congress Center and the Ehrenmal des Deutschen Heeres.
