I checked out on July 23 and i still haven’t had my deposit from my credit card released. I called them, they said to contact my bank because it was released on their end. I contacted my bank and they tried to force release it but they said the hotel hasn’t released it. I called Ramada again, they said they will email me a screen shot of the money being released. I still haven my received that email ! So frustrating! Best not to stay there at all
The room was not cleaned well. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. There was no coffee pot. And only 1 regular coffee. When the sunk was turned on, water ran from the side and then started dripping intobthe floor if you did not place a wash cloth beside the faucet.
You can tell that they remodeled the room with paint and hardwood floors. But the floors were dirty and the cabinet that the TV was on around the bottom area you could tell an animal chewed all along it. One night we had a roach in the bathroom, killed it and flushed it. In the office area where they have free breakfast the first morning going in there at 6:10 and they opened at 6 AM. It was very dirty. The waffle maker had a bunch of burnt stuff in it. There was three containers that had pancake batter in it just sitting there. There was crumbs all over the counter and one morning there was even a mattress right there in the hallway that was connected to the eating area by the coffee machine. The guys at the front desk were busy on their phone instead of cleaning the eating area. And there was nobody in there so clearly this was from the day before. The outside is very old-fashioned and the parking lot was pretty rough looking. While sitting there, I looked up at reviews and I see a lot of the same complaints on those reviews.
Need to take them off your list room had ants,sink smelled like sewer air conditioner broke down in the middle of the nigh.the check in person hadus waiting for hours to change the room no accommodation for are trouble we paid good money
Ants in the bathroom. Bathroom sink drain had a smell that made me gag when brushing my teeth. I asked for a ground level room in a message ahead of arrival because my wife has knee issues but we were given a second level that used stairs for access. Parking area was uneven and not easy to navigate with mobility issues.
