Not worth the price. I expect more from the Hilton family of hotels. Room was small, drains were partially clogged, and breakfast was really bad. I’ve had better breakfasts at the Holiday Inn and Best Western. Also, I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking. It’s not a busy neighborhood, and there’s plenty of space around the area, feels like a money grab.

Overall the stay was good. The room was appeared clean, but had a musty odor. The bed was comfy. Im still not clear why there was a cost for parking? I would stay ar The Hampton Inn if im in Poway, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

This property is older, although it was clean. The rooms are setup kind of weird as well. They charge for parking, which is normal, but they don't just add it to your bill, they make you log into some 3rd party website, register, etc., adn that is super annoying. Just charge it to my hotel bill please. Given how old the property is and inconvenience of paying for parking etc we will choose a diff hotel.

The hotels carpets are very dirty, hallways and carpets room, other than I can say is good, I'm not agreed with the $21 parking fee, this hotel is far from the fun they shouldn't be charging for parking.

Paying for parking was a deal breaker

In General, the hotel was OK. My biggest beef was parking. I shouldn't have to pay for parking at a hotel in a suburb where there's no other option to get around than driving. To make matters work, the parking needed to be paid through a qr code on my phone instead of at the front desk. This ended up with them billing me for two days parking when I only stayed one day. Eventually they refunded the parking fee for the extra day, but not the surge pricing fee going along with the parking.
