It was really unsatisfactory, felt unsafe, unit was in bad condition overall in cleaning and in maintenance.

I am a frequent guest at Sycuan Casino Resort, and one of the things I have always appreciated is how warmly I am greeted — by name — by the valet team, bell staff, bartenders, and even security. Normally, my visits are truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was very different. The front desk service was disappointing the staff member I dealt with was rude, condescending, and unhelpful when I tried to ask a simple question. At the pool, I was unable to find a single available chair. I asked three different servers for assistance, but each one told me to just walk around and look for chairs with towels on them that might have been abandoned by other guests, and to remove the towels myself. This did not feel like the level of customer service I have come to expect from Sycuan. I truly enjoy this resort and hope this was an isolated experience, but I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that service standards can be addressed so future visits reflect the excellent hospitality I know Sycuan is capable

Perfect place to stay. Great staff. Clean building. Close to everything. Lots of food options nearby.

Stayed for one night to sleep and it was fine. Not modern by any means. If you’re looking for a short stay I would recommend and rebook.
