O check-in atrasou, desorganizado, muitas pessoas na sala de espera, nao possui armarios p quem chega antes no hotel, nao possui estacionamento , instalacoes antigas e precarias, as coitadas das recepcionistas levam toda a culpa pela má gestao do hotel. Nao volto lá

Terrível, ao redor do hotel é uma cracolândia! O quarto é sujo... se ficar aqui aconselho nem olhar embaixo da cama, tinham muitas traças no quarto, os lençóis rasgados e sujos. As paredes cheias de buracos. O elevador quebrou estava no 9 andar tive que descer com as malas de escada, tomei café e passei mal. Usando a escada de emergência vi coisas absurdas, nem sei como o corpo de bombeiros aprovou esse hotel operar. Enfim muitos anos atrás de ter sido bom, só realmente não sei quando, porque hoje é muito precário, nem consigo expressar o quanto. Os funcionários tentam resolver os problemas, mas fiquei com dó porque realmente é impossível.

Melhorar o atendimento da recepção URGENTE !

Razoável, péssimo atendimento da recepção, chegamos à noite, a moça da recepção se comunicando com extrema grosseria e deboche. O quarto parecia limpo, somente parecia, tinha cacos de vidro dentro do banheiro. Café da manhã bem servido e com variedades. Na ocasião, nós tínhamos nessecidade de notas fiscais no momento da compra de qualquer coisa os mesmos agindo com grosseria que iriam emitir somente no checkout, porém na saída SEM NOTA FISCAL do consumo. Enviaram somente 2 dias após a saída do hotel

Ótimo custo benefício pra quem busca boa localização por preço justo. O quarto era super amplo, mas a cama de casal era na verdade 2 de solteiro “juntadas”. Assim no meio ficava meio desconfortável. Necessário alertar que o hotel em vem em frente a rodoviária então sugiro que, pra quem busca descansar até um pouco mais tarde, peça um quarto “de fundos” pois o movimento da mesma é intenso desde muito cedo. Café da manhã com boas opções e muito gostoso. Recomendo.

Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

Estadia decepcionante

Horrível Cheguei em dia muito quente, o ar condicionado do quarto não gelava. Solicitei a troca, o quarto cedido não era o mesmo modelo do que paguei. Orientaram a deixar o ar ligado enquanto ficava na área da piscina por 1 hora. A piscina estava cheia de limo. Quando retornei ao quarto ele não estava gelado, solicitei a troca novamente e a fiscal confirmou que não estava gelando. Eu tinha um compromisso e sequer conseguir secar o cabelo por que o calor no quarto era absurdo. Voltei do compromisso e fiz a troca para o 3º quarto que não era de acordo com o valor que paguei, mas o ar estava gelando. Na madrugada o ar começou a vazar e fiz o ajuste de temperatura e coloquei um copo e toalha para conter a água que pingava. Mas pelo menos o quarto era silencioso. Pela manhã desci para tomar café, e o salão estava abafado demais e haviam mosquinhas ao redor das frutas. Quando retornei ao quarto, coloquei o cartão na porta e ela não abriu, fui à recepção e solicitei o acesso no cartão. Chegando lá a porta não abriu, encontrei uma moça da limpeza que tentou abrir e também não conseguiu, ela prontamente ligou para a manutenção para que alguém tentasse abrir a porta, para eu retirar os meus pertences uma vez que tinha compromisso e precisava finalizar a minha saída do hotel, informou que o quarto estaria interditado após a minha saída para. A abertura da porta demorou em torno de 15 a 20 min esperei no corredor dos quartos sem refrigeração. Foram os quartos 400, 817 e 821.
