Julieanne is a fantastic budget home located in the family friendly South Beach. Sleeping 9 this great little home is a family getaway for large families or groups looking to enjoy Port Fairy without breaking the bank. It offers 4 bedrooms and plenty of parking.

South Beach is ideally suited to families. Pea Soup Cove has a sloping beach entry and being surrounded by a ring of volcanic rock means there are no waves, just a gentle pool of water. Spend summer days keeping cool with lazy summer swims and hunting through the rock pools. In the winter enjoy long walks on the beach with the awesome Indian Ocean as your backdrop.

Port Fairy is a fantastic winter destination with Winter Weekend offerings through June and July along with weekend markets. Enjoy the art gallery, Port Fairy's very own volunteer run cinema and eclectic collection of restaurants. There really is boundless choice when looking for entertainment here and Julienne a great home to make your base for your holiday.

Always a good time at “Julianne”

This is the third time we have stayed at this property in Port Fairy. Very affordable 4 bedroom house . Basic but clean . Only one bathroom and toilet but price reflects that . Walking distance to Pea Soup Beach , lots of other walking options too !

The property was not properly maintained and when we reported the issues, the property manager was loke ok we will get them fixed.

We arrived at the property at 3pm and they were still cleaning we didn't get in until 1.5 hrs later the kitchen table and chairs were falling apart the lounge looked like it was going to fall apart I wouldn't hire that house again

Great location

Clean and tidy, great location. Langley's were easy to contact and responded promptly when an issue was reported. The addition of a fence to close off the back garden and an outdoor setting would take this property to the next level.

Very affordable accommodation in great coastal location, however furniture needs desperate upgrading

Very uncomfortable beds, couch falling apart and almost unusable, house sleeps 9, but only 6 seats at dining table, 2 of which were practically broken. Great coastal location and quiet area though. Not very family friendly with no yard or closed in area for children to play. Front porch/balcony also seems unsafe with no balustrade.

Long weekend

Great communication and easy access. Plenty of parking room. No air con which was a surprise these days and we were very lucky it was a mild weekend. Small cleanliness issues with a bottom sheet found to be soiled and mould around a sliding door. Could do with a bit of a spruce up but overall great spot and fairly priced.

Unfortunately we had issues with the toilet not working twice, once on the first day. Had to call for help 4 times before it worked and take the family into town to use public toilets. Same issue again today. Smoke alarm went off each time we cooked toast in the morning, very sensitive alarm. Overall stay was good, we enjoyed our stay.

Very modest but clean and roomy

We stayed for 4 nights at Julieanne. Key pick up was easy through Langley's and communication was good. The property was clean and had towels and linen included. The water was nice and hot and didn't run out despite the kids having a shower after swimming at the beach. The house is a short walk to Pea Soup Beach and a short drive to East Beach and town. It was quite warm the day we arrived at the house and we probably could have done with a fan during the day, however, there is a cool breeze at night if you open the windows. There was plenty of space for our family.
