The country-style holiday home “Ca les Estamenyes” is situated in a quiet rural area between Pollença and Port de Pollença and is perfect for relaxing holidays with the whole family or groups of friends close to the sea. The 244 m²holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The highlight of the property is certainly the wonderful private outdoor area, where you can start the day with breakfast on the open and covered terrace with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains and onto the sea. The pool area invites you to take refreshing swims or bask in the sunshine on the deck chairs. For children, there is also a little playground area, and a table tennis table makes for fun afternoons. In the evenings, you can enjoy a glass of wine with tasty dinner from the barbecue. From the property, it is a 5-minute drive (2 km) to Pollença, where you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy. Port de Pollença, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina, can be reached after an 8-minute drive (5 km).
