They asked us to pay additional charges and fees even though we already paid in the booking. Took some time but they waived it. Room was moist, humid with no good ventilation. No windows. We asked three times to repair the shower that was leaking outside, no response whatsoever. In the first day 0/2 elevators were working. Rooftop and pool were good. Staff and employees were very nice welcoming and trying to help, then again it didn't really help

I request a full refund. My stay at The Fives was a horrid experience. The environment felt careless and the service fell far below any standard of hospitality. The staff blocked me from receiving my Uber Eats order for no valid reason. The front desk person spoke to me with complete disrespect. The energy of the place felt hostile. I cancelled my extra night because I refused to remain in a space that treats guests this way. I will never return. The Hilton deserves full awareness of how this property represents itself because it damages the reputation of the brand.

Room was decent. We had two of three nights with very loud people above us. Called front desk three times, and they were rude and said no one was making noise. The floors are all tile and there are tables and chairs being moved around from 8:00 pm to midnight, then at 5:30 am on. Staff refused to move us. Room was very humid and the sheets felt wet. We could not get the thermostat to work right. Won't be back.

The property is well located for access to 5th avenue and the beach. The suites are well appointed and feel luxurious, which is what I anticipated for a more upmarket stay. The rooftop was amazing with full horizon views of the sea and the city..Again a more upmarket environment. Tastefully laid out around a spa,a restaurant and the most incredible infinity pool.
