Great quiet location. Adults only but not really a party spot. Offered daily shuttle to downtown shopping on 5th Avenue for $5 each way. Decent food. Lots of pools. Beach is a walk from the units but lots of wildlife in between. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful five night stay. The food options were excellent. The swim out pool was a perk and was refreshing to jump in at any time. We participated in an on site activity each day so leaving the property was not necessary. It was nice to have the option of either beach or pool lounging. The only negative for me was the king bed, it was firm and not what I’m used to so a mattress topper would have made my sleep more comfortable. Otherwise the stay was excellent and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway in a warm climate.

Overall the property is very clean and nice . The check in staff was extremely rude . I was told I couldn’t be spoken to until I had my room keys . I had to call maintenance multiple times to fix the toilet . Mexico is extremely hot and my room didn’t have ac at all .

Please don’t trust the amazing reviews this property has, this is a 3 star resort being veryyy generous. Today is my last day staying here but since I checked in the first day and arrived at the buffet I knew I made a mistake. I would’ve cancelled my reservation had their policy allowed, but, since I was already checked in, they wouldn’t give my money back at this point. Last year I stayed at Breathless Cancun which was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed, and they were listed as a 4.5 stars. When I booked for this year at Princess, which was in the same price range and “5 stars,” I thought I would get the same level of service or better. The food is horrible everywhere, the buffet is so dark that sometimes you can’t even see what you are getting. The orange juice is water, sugar and a splash of orange. No natural juice. The food at the buffet is like Golden Corral but to make it worse, things are almost always cold, even if you get there at opening time. The other restaurants are all mediocre as well, except for Rodeo which has a decent steak. The drinks are made with the chepeast liquor you will ever see unless you ask for something different. They wont give you bottled water anywhere, you only get 3 a day in your room and you will have to refill it with their water for the rest of the day. These are only a few of the things that I didn’t like at this place, research more before you go.

We had a great stay here! Our room was upgraded on arrival and we were able to easily add a late checkout. The food and drink options were a bit hit and miss - I wouldn't recommend the buffet at dinner but the grill and teppanyaki were both decent. The beach had enough chairs and the beach bar was good as well. The ocean was a little rocky on the bottom but it got better if you walked down the beach a little ways. The pool was clean and our swim out room was excellent. There was a power outage for maintenance while we were there which was a bit inconvenient. Overall it was a good, if small, resort. What it lacked in size and options it made up for in good service and a no fuss stay - loved that we didn't have to get up early to reserve spots or book dinner reservations - it was a decent, budget friendly experience.

Overall, property was great as well as amenities and staff. The only dislike would have been at the beach, right off the beach, trying enjoy time in the water was hard as there were many rocks, my husband actually fell and cut his arm after stepping on a sharp rock
