Apartment was in a really great neighborhood.
10 minute walk to the beach,(playa72) 3 minutes to 5th avenue, but many great places in the immediate vicinity - an oxxo, fruit market, coffee shops and restaurants away from the madness of fifth. 10 minute walk to a beautiful grocery store on 10th (super chedraui) The apartment was very clean, they provided 2 beach towels, which was great, and bath towels. Housekeeping comes every 4 days. Kitchen had basic supplies, coffee maker, blender, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Enough to make a basic meal. Bed was very comfortable. As for the downsides, the view was terrible, the neighbour’s air conditioner and water tanks. The hot water was almost nil. And the water pressure was AWFUL . Barely a trickle. Wifi was not the greatest, fine to check a quick email, but not good for streaming or working from home. Rooftop pool area was nice. Very small pool and cold, but still nice to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Communication with property manager was ok - we were given the wrong code on check in, which was irritating. Housekeeping came a day late, due to a mix-up and our key card for the rooftop didn’t work the whole time we were there. Nice guy, but there were definitely some hiccups. I would definitely say it would be helpful to have a broom and dust pan to sweep up beach sand :) tea towels in the kitchen and some face cloths in the bathroom. It was overall a really great stay for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again
